Located in Empire, Michigan, with an office in Glen Arbor, Michigan, True North Builders, a unit of American Timbercraft, has been building both log homes and commercial buildings for over 25 years.

Founded by Bill Peyton, one of the premier North American Log Home builders; Bill studied log home construction in Canada, moving his business to Michigan a number of years ago.

He and his crew have done log homes in Cross Village, and a number of other residences and businesses in the Northwest lower peninsula.
